In what ways do our experiences and understanding shape how we see? We’ll invite expert “observers” in the sciences, arts, and the humanities to join us for a three-part series of virtual conversations around individual artworks in the Weatherspoon’s collection.
On March 19th, we'll be joined by Rachel Briley, associate professor, Department of Theatre, and artistic director NC Theatre for Young People; Natacha Nikokeza, senior program coordinator, Center for New North Carolinians; and Kathy Williams, professor, Department of Kinesiology. This event will be recorded.
This series continues on April 16. Please visit weatherspoonart.org to learn more. "How Do I Look?" is presented in conjunction with the exhibition Slow Looking/Deep Seeing on view at the Weatherspoon Art Museum until June 19.
